UX Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead front-end development on high-impact projects, including LMS migrations and custom content platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver turnkey and agile solutions
• Contribute to UX design and user interaction strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-end development experience with strong proficiency in React
• Background in ed-tech (e.g., LMS, LTI, rostering, curriculum tracking)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and visual design principles
• Experience with Node.js or Python on the backend is a plus
• Comfortable leading small teams or mentoring junior developers
