UX Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Engineer to own and scale their Design System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enforce a cross-platform Design System for all applications
• Build accessible, reusable React components and tools for improved consistency and performance
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to create components that meet user needs and reduce duplication

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience, particularly with React, TypeScript, and modern web frameworks
• Proven experience in building and scaling design systems across multiple teams or products
• Deep understanding of accessibility best practices and standards (WCAG 2.2+)
• Experience with RTL language support and localization-aware UI patterns
• Familiarity with mobile-first development and responsive design principles
