UX Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-powered tools, the remote UX Engineer will create user-friendly interfaces and infrastructure, focusing on user-centered design and integration with existing systems over a 6+ month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Create tools for evaluating agent skills, prompts, and model outputs
• Develop a system to guide users in crafting effective and compliant agent skills
• Transform LLM directives into a comprehensive suite of actionable skills

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python Programming
• Experience with authoring and testing agent skills
• Experience in developing tools and processes with a user-centered mindset, particularly for non-technical individuals
