UX Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the full-time UX Engineer will design user flows, hi-fi mockups, and prototypes to enhance user experiences while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Design user flows, hi-fi mockups, and prototypes that simplify complex security data and drive compliance
• Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and incorporate user feedback for improvement
• Translate research insights and user behavior data into intuitive design solutions while communicating design rationale to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in creating and shipping complex digital products
• 2+ years of proficiency in the Figma ecosystem
• 1+ years of experience in collaboration to influence team direction and planning of deliverables
• 1+ years of experience tying designs to business needs, goals, and metrics
