UX Engineer
Job Summary
To support a fast-paced environment, the remote UX Engineer will design and develop user-facing products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and incorporate user feedback to enhance front-end solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX designers, project managers, and back-end engineers to implement front-end solutions
- Design and develop the front ends of user-facing products while adhering to best practices and emerging standards
- Engage with users and the community to solicit feedback and iterate on designs continuously
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HCI, Design, or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of coding experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or Go/Rust
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, NextJS, Gatsby, Backbone, or Ember) and CSS pre-processing frameworks (Sass or Less)
- Experience in designing and implementing user interfaces (UIs)
- Demonstrated sense of web design and understanding of user experience fundamentals, including accessibility
