UX Interaction Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the UX Interaction Designer will define and design product and service experiences by leveraging modern UX practices, including AI-assisted research and conversational interfaces, to create measurable business and customer value.

Key responsibilities

• Define and frame high-value customer and business problems using qualitative and quantitative research
• Design and deliver natural language query and chat-based interfaces, ensuring intuitive interaction models
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to translate abstract problems into clear design roadmaps and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent experience in UX, product design, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Technology and UX Strategy/Design
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI into design workflows and understand human-AI interaction principles
• Experience designing scalable solutions across complex, multi-product ecosystems
• Strong understanding of design systems and ability to align interaction patterns with enterprise standards
