UX Lead

Job Summary

Managing a team of designers, the full-time remote UX Lead will shape user experiences for products like Tor Browser and Tor VPN, focusing on intuitive and accessible design while fostering a collaborative design culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX strategy and execution across web and software products
• Set team goals, prioritize work, and allocate design resources effectively
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design while mentoring and supporting team members

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in UX, product design, or interaction design
• Experience managing or leading a team of designers with direct people management responsibilities
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and user-centered problem solving
• Familiarity with frontend technologies, particularly Android/Material Design 3
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools, specifically Figma
