UX Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Digital Technology Experience Design.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of 4-6 UX Designers to foster growth and innovation
• Oversee design execution from discovery to delivery, ensuring intuitive and scalable user experiences
• Develop strong relationships with cross-functional teams to align priorities and shape product roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Experience in user experience design or leading design teams in a software environment
• Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications
• 1+ years of experience managing people and/or leading design teams
• Experience using design tools such as Figma or Miro
