Job Summary
A company is looking for a UX Operations Specialist to support the operational needs of the UX organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage intake, project coordination, and workflow tracking for UX initiatives
- Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring project updates and risks are shared
- Oversee budget tracking and vendor coordination for UX projects
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business operations, project management, or a related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, program coordination, or UX/project support roles
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product and Marketing
- Familiarity with UX processes and experience using project management tools like Jira or Asana
- Experience coordinating with vendors or external partners is a plus
