UX Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Program Manager to assist a large tech client within a high-priority UX team focused on Trust, Quality, and Content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational excellence across Trust & Quality initiatives
• Manage weekly team forums, including logistics, documentation, and action items
• Prepare stakeholder updates and support onboarding of new team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or related operational roles
• Experience in supporting UX, content design, or technical teams in a tech-heavy environment
• Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tactical workflows
• Ability to navigate environments undergoing organizational change
