UX Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Program Manager on a freelance basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams and manage project timelines and deliverables
• Create project briefs and establish operating processes for effective team organization
• Provide data-driven strategic recommendations and facilitate communication among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business or related field
• 4+ years of experience in a program management or producer role
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong program/project management skills with a track record of leading strategic initiatives
• Experience managing external creative agencies, including SOW creation and budget management
