UX Project Coordinator
Job Summary
To support the planning and execution of UX initiatives, the remote UX Project Coordinator will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-impact UX work within the D2C organization.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate UX workstreams across multiple eCommerce initiatives, ensuring all necessary specs and documentation are provided to developers
- Track project progress, proactively identifying and reporting risks and blockers to stakeholders
- Facilitate key meetings, maintain UX documentation, and support standard UX delivery processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or operations within a digital, UX, or product-focused environment
- Experience working in an agile or hybrid agile setting
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure, Jira, Confluence, and Figma
- Understanding of UX research, design systems, and customer experience workflows
