UX/QA Engineer

Job Summary

Working full-time, the UX/QA Engineer will ensure the functionality and user experience of patient- and provider-facing digital products by collaborating with Product Owners and Engineers to maintain high usability and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Validate user interfaces and responsive layouts against design mockups and usability standards to ensure quality before production
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for usability, functional, compatibility, and performance testing of web and mobile interfaces
• Conduct thorough testing of complex user journeys across integrated systems, ensuring flawless workflows involving web and mobile applications and messaging

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, software engineering, or user experience testing
• Strong sensitivity to UX/UI with a proven track record in verifying application interfaces against high-fidelity designs
• Experience testing interactive consumer-facing web and mobile applications
• Practical experience with cross-browser testing suites and frontend debugging tools
• Familiarity with incorporating AI tools into testing workflows for efficiency
