Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of UX research experience, including people management in a product organization
• Demonstrated ownership of team performance and talent development
• Experience shaping research programs within a product organization
• Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative research and behavioral data
• Experience with AI-assisted research methods is a plus
