Job Summary

Leading a team of 5-7 researchers, the full-time salaried UX Research Manager will shape research direction, influence product strategy, and drive AI innovation while ensuring user needs remain central to product decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of UX researchers through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
• Establish a vision for how research informs product strategy and quality across the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for integrating AI and human expertise in product design
