UX Research Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Research Operations coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end participant recruitment for multiple research projects
• Create and maintain documentation for project tracking and recruit requests
• Partner with internal teams and external research vendors to process contracts and support onboarding

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of work experience in a UX or Market research setting
• Experience with UX research tools such as Qualtrics, UserTesting, Dscout
• Understanding of the research process, especially developing screeners and recruiting respondents for qualitative research
• 1+ years of work experience working at or with 3rd party recruiting vendors
