UX Research Operations Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a remote full-time UX Research Operations Manager, this role will manage end-to-end recruitment for research studies, oversee relationships with site and vendor partners, and evaluate research management tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment of educators and students for various research studies including usability testing and interviews
• Oversee logistics and relationships with site and vendor partners
• Continuously assess and improve research management tools and processes for effectiveness and scalability

Required qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in research operations
• Strong project management skills and proficiency with databases/spreadsheets
• Experience in securely managing personally identifiable information
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and teams
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to assignments and problem-solving
