UX Research Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher Operations Specialist to join their User Experience and Research Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist researchers in sourcing, screening, and scheduling participants for research studies
• Advise researchers on crafting research studies and finding the best possible research participants
• Coordinate logistics for participant research studies, including scheduling and technology support

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an Operations or related environment
• Strong planning, tracking, and organizational skills
• Experience coordinating multiple fast-moving projects across teams and time zones
• Self-driven with expert time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
