Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale operational processes for participant recruitment and research operations globally
• Build, manage, and improve systems, processes, and tools for the research team
• Create standardized operating procedures and oversee budgeting, procurement, and scheduling

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UX Research field and participant recruiting methods
• Minimum 5 years of experience with budget management (PO/SOW)
• Minimum 5 years of experience documenting operating procedures
• Strong program management skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize research processes
