UX Research Program Manager
Job Summary
To build a strong foundation for the UX Research practice, the full-time salaried UX Research Program Manager will establish delivery standards, enhance performance visibility, and create growth infrastructure while working remotely but local to the Bay Area, CA.
Key responsibilities
- Define practice positioning and convert project wins into ROI case studies
- Standardize project tracking, KPIs, and delivery methodologies across teams
- Launch a delivery health dashboard to provide real-time visibility of project status
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX research operations, research program management, or professional services delivery
- Strong analytics skills with experience in dashboards, KPIs, and baseline-setting using tools like Excel, Sheets, Looker, or Tableau
- Expertise in governance, including running Weekly Business Reviews (WBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- PhD candidates are highly preferred
