UX Research Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher to support product discovery and experience improvement for AI-driven solutions and internal digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute user research initiatives using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research goals and translate them into actionable studies
• Synthesize research findings into clear themes and practical recommendations for product strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced education is a plus
• At least 6 years of experience in conducting UX research with various methodologies
• Experience in Agile, Lean UX, or similar iterative product environments
• Background in researching AI-based experiences is preferred
• Experience with complex B2B SaaS products or large matrixed organizations is preferred
