UX Researcher

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to explore problems and align research solutions with product strategy
• Identify research opportunities and apply appropriate methods to meet user and business needs
• Develop an evidence-based research strategy and advocate for UX research best practices

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge and abilities in UX research
• Relevant education and/or training is considered a plus
• Ability to efficiently iterate research within two-week sprint cycles
• Experience in defining and tracking key metrics using data
• Familiarity with customer use cases and market segments
