UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher II.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using various techniques
• Analyze user behavior and data to identify pain points and unmet needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate user feedback into product design

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX Research
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction or Cognitive Psychology
• Solid understanding of wireframes, user flows, and human-centered design principles
• Experience with various research methods including usability testing and surveys
• Ability to work effectively in a SAFE Agile environment
