UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher II for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute qualitative and quantitative user research using various techniques
• Analyze behavioral and attitudinal data to identify user pain points and opportunities for product improvement
• Synthesize research findings and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in UX Research or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a similar discipline
• Strong command of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps
• Proficiency with unmoderated testing and prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of human-centered design methodologies
