UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher for a 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user outreach discovery, validation activities, and usability testing to gather unbiased feedback
• Lead design workshops and strategize project methodologies while communicating decisions to stakeholders
• Analyze user data and collaborate with internal teams to enhance understanding of user personas and journeys

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, statistics, human-computer interaction, information systems, or a related field
• Experience as a user experience researcher or in a similar customer-focused role
• Ability to synthesize user feedback into actionable insights for user-centered decision making
• Familiarity with research tools such as Dovetail, Optimal, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics
• Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Creative Cloud
