Key Responsibilities

• Lead research initiatives that align with business strategy and goals
• Define and execute appropriate research methods, including field research, surveys, and A/B tests
• Analyze primary and secondary data to provide actionable findings

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in designing successful digital products and services
• BA/BS in a relevant field; MA/MS preferred
• A portfolio demonstrating past work and research impact
• Experience with various qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Basic understanding of quantitative data analysis and inferential statistics
