UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher to lead research initiatives and contribute to product management deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute various research methods to gather qualitative and quantitative data about user needs and behaviors
• Evaluate research findings to identify user pain points and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Develop personas and journey maps to communicate user insights and integrate them into the product lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in communications, human factors, information sciences, graphic, and visual arts
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing UX research strategies using various UX research tactics
• 1+ years of experience working in agile (Scrum) environments
• Experience in a complex, highly regulated environment
• Experience in a deadline-driven environment with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing priorities
