UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher - Internal Tools & Incident Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute rapid usability tests and concept evaluations for internal product teams
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to implement research findings
• Conduct contextual inquiries and workflow studies with internal users involved in incident response

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience post-graduation
• Proven ability to independently conduct end-to-end rapid research studies
• Experience analyzing research data and producing executive-level reports
• Familiarity with incident management systems, preferably large-scale systems
• Strong ability to influence cross-functional teams
