UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher III.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-scale tracking surveys
• Manage and prioritize research in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into product development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years, Master's degree with 5+ years, or PhD with 2+ years in Psychology, Statistics, or Human-Computer Interaction
• Proficiency in coding with R, especially the Tidyverse package
• Experience in survey design and item development
• Hands-on experience executing primary research and applying statistical analysis
• Proficiency with Google Suites; knowledge of Python coding is advantageous
