• Advocate for end user's needs and facilitate Design Thinking workshops
• Run agile and longitudinal research studies for concept and price testing
• Identify research opportunities that align with customer needs and business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Experience in advocating for user needs throughout product development
• Proficiency in mixed methodology (quantitative and qualitative) research
• Experience in longitudinal research in both lab settings and natural environments
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity about human behavior and a growth mindset for learning new research methods
