UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher to join their team in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand the day-to-day activities of the target user population using the portals
• Create stakeholder interview guides and lead workshops to validate and refine requirements
• Develop concept and usability test plans, lead test sessions, and synthesize findings for the product team

Required Qualifications

• Experience in a similar UX research role or significant relevant knowledge and abilities
• Relevant education and/or training is considered a plus
• Ability to conduct both in-person and remote stakeholder interviews
• Experience in creating and leading usability test sessions
• Familiarity with synthesizing research findings for product management and design teams
