UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher (Qualitative) to join their internal user research department.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration among UX researchers, designers, and product stakeholders to drive research projects
• Support and organize strategic and tactical research efforts in partnership with product and development teams
• Present quantitative findings and communicate insights to enhance product experiences and inform strategic direction

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product and/or qualitative UX research or equivalent academic work
• BA/BS, MS, or PhD in social sciences, experimental psychology, human-computer interaction, or related fields
• Experience with primary and secondary quantitative research methodologies and digital product development
• Mastery of quantitative research methods and excellent planning skills
• Ability to identify the best research methods based on project goals and resources
