Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute user research using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights to shape product strategy and design direction
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate research findings to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience conducting UX research in digital product environments
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead and deliver end-to-end research initiatives
• Strong command of usability testing, qualitative interviewing, and survey design
• Proficiency with research tools such as Figma, UserTesting.com, or similar platforms
