UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher who will advocate for the end-user and possess over 6 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute high-complexity research to enhance user experience across the corporate ecosystem
• Ensure the end-user remains central to the solution development process, aligning with the UX strategy
• Define and guide UX strategy for related solutions, influencing design of complex systems

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in UX research, particularly within enterprise-level organizations
• Experience with mixed-method research, including qualitative and quantitative approaches
• Familiarity with nontraditional UX research methods, such as time studies
• Proven ability to conduct user interviews and deep-dive research
• Experience in performing usability evaluations across the product lifecycle
