UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher II to establish and run core research practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform product strategy and design execution
• Establish and maintain a regular cadence of customer research, including user interviews and usability testing
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights that influence product decisions

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in UX research or a related role
• Experience with qualitative research methods such as interviews and usability testing
• Familiarity with quantitative research methods and analytics tools
• Experience in SaaS, B2B, or complex workflow-based products preferred
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in Product, Design, and Engineering
