Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher II.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute research studies using various methods such as usability testing and in-depth interviews
Own the end-to-end research process, including prioritizing, recruiting participants, collecting, and analyzing data
Translate research findings into actionable insights and communicate them effectively to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of relevant experience in UX Research, Design Research, or Human Factors Engineering
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, Anthropology, or related field
Strong proficiency with qualitative or mixed-methods research
A portfolio or case studies showcasing the impact of previous research work
Experience with remote testing tools and a curiosity for understanding user needs and behaviors
