UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher II to join their User Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute evaluative research studies, including usability tests, surveys, and interviews
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights that inform product decisions and design iterations
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to define research questions and ensure findings are effectively communicated

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of applied UX research experience in a product organization
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize research findings into clear documentation tied to product decisions
• Experience collaborating with designers and product managers on research goals
• Bachelor's degree in HCDE, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience working effectively in a fully remote environment
