UX Researcher

Job Summary

To support high-stakes product development, the remote UX Researcher will take ownership of end-to-end research studies, advocate for user needs, and generate actionable insights while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct mixed-methods research to validate workflows, surface user needs, and generate insights that inform product decisions
• Frame research questions in collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams, contributing to roadmap planning and strategy
• Translate research findings into frameworks and recommendations, presenting them persuasively to ensure integration into design and business processes

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UX research or a related field with increasing scope and autonomy
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus
• Experience planning and executing end-to-end studies across both generative and evaluative research methods
• Proven ability to influence decisions through clear insights and storytelling
• Eligibility to obtain or maintain US Government Security Clearance, with preference for active TS Clearance
