UX Researcher

Job Summary

To support a growing product design team, the mid-level UX Researcher will work hybrid in Denver, Colorado or Seattle, Washington, conducting user research to uncover customer needs and inform product decisions while collaborating closely with designers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, including user interviews and usability tests, to inform product development
• Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and create deliverables such as reports and journey maps for diverse audiences
• Build partnerships with cross-functional teams to integrate research into the product development process and foster a research-informed culture

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of UX research experience in a product or agency environment
• Demonstrated experience planning and conducting user interviews, usability studies, and surveys
• Strong analytical skills to translate qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations
• Proficiency with at least one modern research tool (e.g., UserTesting, Maze, Dovetail)
• A solid grounding in human-centered research methods
