UX Researcher

Job Summary

Joining a dynamic team, the full-time remote UX Researcher will lead research initiatives from planning to execution, partnering with Product, Design, and Development teams to advocate for user needs and drive user-centered decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to raise awareness of user needs, motivations, and behaviors
• Plan and execute end-to-end UX research projects, including participant recruitment and analysis
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and present them to stakeholders at various levels

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience conducting formal UX or user-centered research
• Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage and execute research projects
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
