UX Researcher
Job Summary
To drive user-centered product improvements, the part-time UX Researcher will conduct surveys, analyze data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote contract role.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with product designers and stakeholders to analyze and document existing user experiences
- Plan and execute product surveys to measure user satisfaction and manage project deadlines
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative analysis to extract insights from user data and communicate findings to the team
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human Centered Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related discipline preferred
- At least 3 years of experience as a UX researcher or practitioner focused on research
- Experience with research tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and digital survey tools
- Proactive mentality with a strong enthusiasm for collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to translate research insights to business leads
