UX Researcher
Job Summary
Focused on driving product growth, the remote UX Researcher will conduct usability testing, survey research, and experimental studies while collaborating with the Product Growth team to enhance onboarding flows and activation funnels.
Key Responsibilities
- Run growth research studies, managing the full study lifecycle from scoping to communicating results
- Partner with the growth team to translate hypotheses into actionable study designs and validate product adoption strategies
- Build domain expertise in user adoption processes and contribute to identifying research opportunities independently
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related applied research field
- Strong quantitative research skills, including survey design and statistical analysis
- Solid usability testing skills across both moderated and unmoderated methods
- Experience independently managing study logistics, including recruiting and scheduling
- Experience working in a SaaS or B2B product environment
