UX Researcher

Job Summary

To support a growing research team, the full-time remote UX Researcher will conduct usability and quality-validation testing, manage research logistics, and maintain research infrastructure while collaborating with product designers, managers, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and scale usability research, owning the full study lifecycle from recruiting to analysis and communication of results
• Coach product teams on study design and build reusable enablement assets for research scalability
• Maintain research infrastructure, including the research library and tool stack, while managing logistics for research studies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX research or a related applied research field
• Strong usability testing skills across both qualitative and experimental approaches
• Proficiency with survey design and higher-precision quantitative methods
• Experience independently managing research logistics, including recruiting and scheduling
• Background in developer tooling, enterprise, security, or networking
