UX Researcher
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the UX Researcher II will focus on understanding user needs and behaviors through qualitative and quantitative research methods, collaborating with product owners to develop actionable insights that enhance healthcare technology solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Conducting user interviews, usability testing, and surveys to gather insights on user experiences and needs
- Analyzing research findings and translating them into product features in collaboration with design teams
- Communicating research insights to stakeholders to inform product development and improve user experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in service design, UX research, or human-centered design
- Experience conducting research with technical audiences and translating findings into product requirements
- Portfolio or case study demonstrating successful product design and sound UX research skills
- US Citizenship or Green Card with residency in the US for at least the past 3 years
- Able to meet the requirements for holding a position of Public Trust, including a successful background investigation
