Job Summary
Seeking a full-time UX Researcher to work remotely, responsible for planning and conducting research to enhance user understanding of the VA.gov Platform, synthesizing findings into actionable insights, and managing the quarterly user satisfaction survey.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and conduct research to understand user interactions with VA.gov Platform products and services
- Conduct qualitative research methods, including user interviews and usability studies, to identify user needs and pain points
- Own the design and analysis of the VA.gov Platform quarterly user satisfaction survey to track user sentiment over time
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Researcher
- Strong experience with qualitative research methods, including usability testing and thematic analysis
- Experience designing and analyzing user satisfaction surveys
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable product recommendations
