UX Researcher
Job Summary
Working remotely on a 12-month contract, the UX Researcher V will scope and execute mixed-methods research studies focused on user understanding of risk, safety, and compliance-related product experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive research plans, including participant recruitment and data analysis
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights and support product and policy teams
- Maintain detailed research documentation and facilitate transitions during team changes
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in human behavior-related fields such as human-computer interaction, psychology, or sociology
- Proven experience in designing and executing mixed-methods research
- Strong quantitative skills, including familiarity with statistical tools like R, Python, or SPSS
- Deep qualitative expertise in leading varied qualitative methods
- Experience working in dynamic environments with a focus on ethical research practices
