UX Researcher
Job Summary
To support product teams in understanding customer needs, the remote UX Researcher will plan and execute user experience research, manage research engagements, and present actionable insights while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Create and drive research plans and roadmaps for product and feature areas
- Conduct usability testing and customer journey research to inform product strategy
- Analyze research data to identify actionable insights and communicate findings effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of User Experience Research experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of experience conducting usability testing and recruiting research participants
- 5+ years of experience writing and reporting research insights
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize research data into actionable insights
