Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct various research methods to inform the creation of cloud-based talent solutions
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to understand user needs
Run all phases of research, from planning to study and presentation

Required Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in user experience research with software, web, and/or mobile applications
Experience with research and prototyping tools like UserZoom, Qualtrics, and Figma
Understanding of and comfort working with cross-functional roles
Able to plan research projects, set timelines, and deliver on time
An advanced degree in HF/HCI or a related discipline is a plus
