UX Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a UX Researcher to work on a pivotal Federal program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the entire UX, design, and research process from conception to implementation
• Creating and using prototypes, wireframes, and user interviews to arrive at a solution and convey the product's design vision
• Problem-solving and iterating solutions based on research findings and feedback loops

Required Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with UX research, including writing research plans, conducting user and client interviews, and iterating solutions based on research findings
• Ability to think strategically and frame problems in clear approachable language for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with Git Version Control and designing 508 compliant solutions
• Adaptability in working with existing design and UX systems
• Experience working in Agile development environments and taking direction from senior leadership
