Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the UX Researcher, Data Analyst & Optimization Specialist will execute analytical and research tasks to transform user behavior data into actionable insights, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and optimize conversion funnels.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain journey maps and conversion funnels while diagnosing user flow issues and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Conduct quantitative data analysis in GA4 and Shopify, ensuring data accuracy and integrity to inform UX recommendations
- Plan and execute qualitative research, including usability testing and user interviews, to provide context for quantitative findings
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce, UX research, or product/data analytics
- Expertise in Google Analytics, the Shopify ecosystem, and A/B testing software platforms
- Strong understanding of journey mapping, funnel analysis, and LTV cohorting
- Proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Ability to create effective reports and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
